Refund policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure they are thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you have received a defective or damaged item, or received the incorrect item, we’re here to help.


🛠️ Defective Items Only

Please note, we only accept returns for defective products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or dissatisfaction with style or colour preferences.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.


📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at email@collectique.com.au with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect

Once approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to return your item. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as these will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of return approval.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
